Whether it is an individual or a group – volunteerism and support from the community make Western Welcome Week a success year after year. There is a variety of volunteer opportunities: from office work – phones, filing, computer work, errand runner, and mailings; pancake breakfast – cookers, servers, busing tables, and beverage servers; silent auction – setup, table monitors, closing, and payment takers; craft fair – block captains and hospitality; and MORE! Become a volunteer—just complete and send the Volunteer Participation Form to Western Welcome Week. Volunteer groups welcome!

Western Welcome Week Office Assistance — May through August 2020
Location: 5890 S. Bemis St.
Duties: Clerical, phones, computer input, mailings, deliver brochures or posters, errands, etc.
Shifts: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; any hours between 10am and 3pm
Western Welcome Week Pancake Breakfast — Sunday, August 9, 2020
Location: Arapahoe Community College
Duties: Set up, serve, wait tables, flip pancakes, sausage makers and cookers, clean up
Shifts: 6:30–9:30am, 9:30am–12:30pm
Kids Games of Old — Sunday, August 9, 2020

Location:
Arapahoe Community College
Duties: Set up, run games, clean up
Shifts: 7:30–9:30am, 9:30–11:30am
Bruce Wolf Memorial Stick Horse Stampede — Sunday, August 9, 2020
Location: Arapahoe Community College (lawn)
Duties: Set up, registration, Stick Horse sales, clean up
Shifts: 7:30pm-8:30pm, 8:30pm 10am, 11am-12pm
Brad & Mary Bradford Memorial Duck Race — Sunday, August 9, 2020
Location: Little’s Creek Bridge on S. Bemis st.
Duties: Set up, registration, run games, assist with Duck Race, clean up
Shifts: 1:30pm-3pm, 3pm- 4:30pm
Scout Troops, student groups, etc., welcome!
Taste of Western Welcome Week — Wednesday, August 12, 2020 • Must be 21+ years of age
Includes a ticket to the Taste of Western Welcome Week • Must be 21+
Location: Littleton Center Courtyard
Duties: Setup: Setup and arrange tables, signs, banners, etc.
Shift: 1pm-3pm
Duties: Provide assistance to restaurant and distributors, i.e. water, ice, trash, etc.
Shifts: 5:30–7:15pm, 7:15–9pm
Duties: Cleanup: Take down tables, signs banners, trash, etc.
Western Welcome Week Silent Auction (part of the Taste of WWW) — Wednesday, August 12, 2020
Location: Littleton Center
Duties #1: Auction tables monitors
Duties #2: Assist with the closing of the silent auction; deliver items, take payment
Shifts: Table Monitors: 5:30–7pm, 7–8:30pm • Auction Closing: 7:45-8:30pm
Arts & Crafts Festival — Saturday, August 15, 2020
Location: Downtown Littleton
Duties #1 : Block captains, general information, assistance to crafters, direct to booth space, etc.
Shifts #1: Crafter set-up: 5–8:30am; crafter tear-down: 4:30–6pm
Duties #2: Crafter Hospitality — donut and coffee distribution
Shifts #2: 7–9am
Duties #3: Crafter Hospitality — cookie and water distribution
Shifts #3: 1–4pm
Festival Day Parade VIP Area — Saturday, August 15, 2020
Location: Downtown Littleton
Duties: Serve as hosts, serve snacks and refreshments to VIP’s
Shifts: 9:30am-Noon (tear down)
Festival Day VIP Room Saturday, August 15, 2020
Location: Town Hall Arts Center – Stanton Gallery
Duties: Setup VIP Room and pick up food
Shifts: 9am -10am Break for parade 11:30am-12:30am
Duties: Monitor VIP room
Shifts: 12:30pm-2pm, 2pm-3:30pm, 3:30pm–5pm (tear down)
Festival Day Information / Hospitality Tent — Saturday, August 15, 2020
Location: Downtown Littleton
Duties: Serve as hosts, information, lost and found, etc.
Shifts: 8–10am, 10am–noon, Noon–2pm, 2–4pm, 4–6pm (tear down)
