Food Trucks & Concessions Vendors

Western Welcome Week features food trucks or concession vendors for:

  • Family Night Concert in the Park, Friday, August 9, 2024 — FOOD TRUCKS
  • Festival Day, Saturday, August 17, 2024 — CONCESSION VENDORS

The Concessions Committee wants to provide a well-balanced variety of foods and beverages for its events. On Festival Day,  non-profit organizations are given first consideration, then commercial vendors, to help ensure a good variety.

Previous vendors are given the first right of refusal each year. If a space is available due to cancellation, etc., the committee will review requests from other vendors to fill the space with a menu that compliments what has already been approved.

Due to the number of requests for food vendors, we ask that you mail a hard copy of your information to Western Welcome Week, Inc.

Information requested:

  • Full menu and prices
  • Space requirements
    • Dimensions
    • How is food prepared
    • Is electricity needed (not available at the the Family Night Concert in the Park, and limited on Festival Day)
    • Is a generator used (If a generator is used it must be a “quiet” generator and not disruptive to other vendors)
  • Photo of concession booth or food truck
  • Two references
