Run for your pancakes! Work up an appetite for a delicious pancake breakfast as you run/walk 3.1 miles on the beautiful Mary Carter Greenway, along the South Platte River. The race course starts and finishes at Hudson Gardens & Event Center. Family-friendly – runners and walkers of all ages welcome; strollers are allowed, however, please – no dogs. The race is chip timed, with awards for overall male and female as well as first and second in age/gender groups. The event is held rain or shine. Free parking for the run/walk is available at Arapahoe Community College.

The registration fee includes a ticket to the Western Welcome Week Family Pancake Breakfast (NEW LOCATION) Geneva Park – Upper level between the City Center and Geneva Lodge (2255 W Berry Ave.), from 8am to 11:30am. Parking available at the same location. The breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, juice, and coffee. There are free games for the kids in the park at the Kids Games of Old and the Bruce Wolf Stick Horse Stampede – the Stick Horse Stampede starts promptly at 10am, bring your own stick horse or purchase one at the event from Jane’s Posse for $10.
