Western Welcome Week provides entertainment on Festival Day, including performances on the Main Stage, Bega Park, and roving entertainers. This is the only day that entertainment is booked for Western Welcome Week–produced events.

Because of the number of entertainer inquiries, we ask that you submit a hard copy of your materials to Western Welcome Week, Inc. Submissions will be placed in the Western Welcome Week entertainment database. Other participating organizations may book entertainment for their own events during the week, check the Western Welcome Week schedule of events for contact information for those events.

Please include the following information:

• A letter or brochure highlighting your performance

• Photos and/or a CD/DVD of a performance

• Rates

• Space requirements

• Electrical requirements

• At least three references
