Entertainment Opportunities

At this time Western Welcome Week does not have a “main” stage for entertainment.  Entertainment is mainly exposure for groups on our Family and Dance stage on Festival Day, Saturday, August 17, 2013, no financial compensation is given.

If you are interested in being considered for an entertainment stage please send the following information to:

• Brief description of entertainment provided by group
• Press pack including a cassette or disc of music or video for dance group.

Notification
Due to the large number of entertainment requests you will only be notified if your group is chosen.

Reservation of Rights
Western Welcome  Week, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, reserves the right to refuse participation to any group, groups, individuals, an individual, association, business, or any other entity of any nature or type that WWW feels in its sole discretion would not further the goals of the organization, would not be appropriate considering circumstances, or might reflect negatively upon WWW, an individual or group.
