WWW Arts & Crafts Weather Policy
As stated in the WWW Arts & Crafts poli­cies: it could be a warm day — please bring water and other fluids, sun­screen and pro­tec­tive eye wear for everyone in your booth. Be advised that Western Welcome Week has spe­cific dates for events and events are not can­celed due to inclement weather and no refunds are made.  However, if weather cre­ates a safety issue Western Welcome Week reserves the right to ter­mi­nate or post­pone the event.

2012 will be the 84th year for Western Welcome Week — Littleton's pre­mier sum­mer­time cel­e­bra­tion, with over 40 events throughout the Littleton area during the 12-day celebration.

Festival Day Attracts 75,000+
Western Welcome Week's 53rd annual Arts & Crafts Festival in Historic Downtown Littleton, Colorado will be held on Festival Day, Saturday, August 18, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A children's parade, the Grand Parade, Downtown Littleton Bazaar, con­tin­uous enter­tain­ment on mul­tiple stages, and food ven­dors keep the crowds coming all day long. Festival Day is the biggest event during Western Welcome Week — Littleton’s pre­mier sum­mer­time cel­e­bra­tion, with over 40 events in eleven days. We are proud to be cel­e­brating our 84th year in 2012.

Media Coverage
Local and daily news­pa­pers, local news, cable, radio sta­tions, and the Internet help get the word out about the Arts & Crafts Festival and other Western Welcome Week fes­tiv­i­ties. Press releases are sent to media throughout the country as well.

A Perfect Setting
The ambiance in his­toric down­town Littleton is per­fect for arti­sans to proudly dis­play and sell their hand­crafted goods. There's room for over 200 booths — just the right size fes­tival for arti­sans and festival-goers.

First Come, First Served
Limited space dic­tates that we assign booth spaces on first come, first served basis, taking into con­sid­er­a­tion the types of crafts and the number of years a crafter has par­tic­i­pated. We sug­gest that you not wait too long to apply. The dead­line is June 30, 2012, we do estab­lish a waiting list. Also, we ask that arti­sans with only hand­crafted items apply. Commercial spaces are pro­vided for his­toric down­town Littleton mer­chants, and spon­sors of Western Welcome Week. Other space is avail­able at the Downtown Littleton Bazaar.
