As stated in the WWW Arts & Crafts policies: it could be a warm day — please bring water and other fluids, sunscreen and protective eye wear for everyone in your booth. Be advised that Western Welcome Week has specific dates for events and events are not canceled due to inclement weather and no refunds are made.  However, if weather creates a safety issue Western Welcome Week reserves the right to terminate or postpone the event.

2013 will be the 85th year for Western Welcome Week — Littleton’s premier summertime celebration, with over 40 events throughout the Littleton area during the 10-day celebration.

Festival Day Attracts 75,000+
Western Welcome Week’s 54th annual Arts & Crafts Festival in Historic Downtown Littleton, Colorado will be held on Festival Day, Saturday, August 17, 2013 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Littleton Firefighter’s Children’s Parade, the Grand Parade, Downtown Littleton Bazaar, continuous entertainment on multiple stages, and food vendors keep the crowds coming all day long. Festival Day is the biggest event during Western Welcome Week — Littleton’s premier summertime celebration, with over 40 events in eleven days. We are proud to be celebrating our 85th year in 2013.

Media Coverage
Local and daily newspapers, local news, cable, radio stations, and the Internet help get the word out about the Arts & Crafts Festival and other Western Welcome Week festivities. Press releases are sent to media throughout the country as well.

A Perfect Setting
The ambiance in historic downtown Littleton is perfect for artisans to proudly display and sell their handcrafted goods. There’s room for over 200 booths — just the right size festival for artisans and festival-goers.

First Come, First Served
Limited space dictates that we assign booth spaces on first come, first served basis, taking into consideration the types of crafts and the number of years a crafter has participated. We suggest that you not wait too long to apply. The deadline is June 30, 2013, we do establish a waiting list. Also, we ask that artisans with only handcrafted items apply. Commercial spaces are provided for historic downtown Littleton merchants, and sponsors of Western Welcome Week. Other space is available at the Downtown Littleton Bazaar. Please read the Arts & Crafts Fair Policies for details about requirements.
